Providing Everything You Need

Behaviour Support

Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) is a collaborative, evidence-based approach designed to enhance the quality of life for individuals experiencing challenging behaviours. It emphasises understanding the underlying causes of these behaviours and developing tailored strategies to replace them with more positive, functional behaviours. PBS focuses on building skills, improving communication, and creating supportive environments that encourage positive change. This approach is flexible and can be adapted to meet the needs of individuals of all ages and abilities, ensuring that each person receives personalised support to thrive.

Mentoring

Mentoring will involve providing the young person with a positive role model who provides guidance, support and encouragement. This can help the young person with academic challenges, social skills and personal development. This often involves community access and enrichment outside of the schooling environment

Respite and STA

Respite provides temporary housing solutions for young people who need a break from their usual living arrangements or require support during a transitional period. This service is often utilised by NDIS participants offering them a safe and supportive environment while their primary caregivers take a respite. STA can also cater to individuals who need temporary housing due to unforeseen circumstances.
